Mang Zhong (芒种), or Grain in Ear, is a period of time in June where many crops grains are mature and ready for harvest. It’s also a crucial time for rice planting in some places. In the literal meaning of this phrase, it’s a very busy time for farmers in harvesting and sewing!

In the figurative, it denotes that we reap what we sew. Our actions today will return as fruits of tomorrow.

You'll want to dwell a little longer with any project you make with this base. This NSW base is not itchy like other "wooly" yarns.
